We love having you here. By using Listrox, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), regulations, applicable laws, and the other policies we link to here and on the Platform.
These terms, combined with our privacy policy, govern your use of Listrox and form a binding agreement with us. The terms herein are applicable to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this site or any of the services provided by Listrox.

1. Our Services
Listrox offers users a platform where they can easily create and enhance their online presence through high-quality websites tailored to their needs and preferences. With Listrox, users can create websites that allow them to manage and promote businesses, content, and ideas without coding or using any advanced technical skill. Simply put— Listrox is for users who may not be tech-savvy but still want to create awesome websites.
Listrox offers numerous tools and features for creating, publishing, and managing outstanding websites, e-commerce sites, online portfolios, profiles, and other online services. The online platforms (websites and other functionalities) created by Users are collectively referred to as User Platform(s).
2. Your use of Listrox
- You are liable to all terms stated here as well as other policies that govern your use of Listrox.
- Certain features, applications, and services of the Listrox services may not be available to you. You only get what’s necessary to effectively run the type of website you have created.
- You will be granted administrative access to run your site as you please.
3. User Platforms - Account Ownership
Listrox will only acknowledge the owner of a User Platform as the person or entity whose email address is listed in Listrox’s database as the owner of the User account under which the User Platform was created.
Where there is a dispute, we reserve the right to determine ownership of a User Platform based on our reasonable judgment, after checking our records. We also reserve the right to suspend the affected account until the dispute is resolved.
Listrox is not liable to you or any other party where there is a debate on account ownership. However, we may request relevant documentation (e.g., a business license or government-issued ID) to verify account ownership.

5. The Type of Content You Can Share
Listrox does not in any way, medium, or format permit objectionable and offensive content. By this, we mean content that
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activity, obscene, offensive, pornographic, indecent, seditious, threatening, abusive, impersonating
- Does not infringe on any third-party rights and is not unlawful for you to upload, export, copy, share, distribute, possess, or use in any form, in the country where you reside.
- Is defamatory of any person, that would constitute, encourage, or provide instructions or resources, for dangerous activities or self-harm;
- Is deliberately designed to provoke people or incite unrest and antagonize anyone—- especially trolling. name-calling, and bullying;
- Is intended to harass, harm, hurt, distress, offend, scare, embarrass, or upset people;
- contains threats of any kind— including threats of physical violence;
- is racist or discriminatory, including discrimination on the basis of someone’s race, religion, age, gender, disability, or sexuality;
- Is liable to incite racial or political hatred, discriminatory,
- infringes the intellectual rights of a third party or malicious in any form;
You agree that we may remove or disable your access to Listrox, or any of your content if they are flagged under any of the abovementioned types of content. We reserve the right to do this with or without any prior notification. Such content will be taken down within 24 hours after they are flagged. We also reserve the right to take down any content that is unsuitable to be hosted by us.
Listrox reserves sole discretion to determine which content is inappropriate on the platform. Our goal is to create a platform that’s safe for all to use. We are committed to helping all Listrox users showcase their work, product, or content in an engaging and well-organized manner. If you notice a Listrox Account posting inappropriate content, flag the page or report it by contacting us.
6. Using Listrox
By using Listrox, you attest that you are at least sixteen (16) – eighteen (18) years of age. Or, up to the age deemed legally permitted to use data processing networks according to the laws of your country. If you are based in the US, any access of Listrox by persons under the age of thirteen (13) is strictly prohibited.
To use Listrox, you must own all rights to any content that you publish on the platform. Such content should be reliable and have information that is accurate. By using Listrox, you also agree that your country of residence and/or business registration is the same as the country specified in your billing and/or contact address.
Listrox will occasionally send you promotional and marketing messages via email or any other means. You are free to opt-out of this at any time.Note that Listrox does not provide legal advice or recommendations with respect to any laws or legal requirements for the end user.
Using Listrox may require downloading desktop or mobile applications on your devices — PCs, laptops, mobile phones, etc. You agree that we can update the software applications automatically. These Terms and Conditions still apply even after subsequent updates.
Limitations of use
By using Listrox, you agree that you will not copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, migrate, emulate, compile, decompile or disassemble the Listrox website, services, any content offered by Listrox to you for use and display on User Platforms. You will not in any way, display, transmit, perform or distribute any of the abovementioned without written consent from Listrox or express permission from Listrox’s terms.
Here are other conditions that govern your use of Listrox:
- You agree not to use any illegal means or action to collect login data and/or passwords for other websites, software, services, or third parties.
- You will not phish, upload, collect or share credit card details or other forms of financial information used for receiving payment unless it’s done in accordance with any applicable law.
- As a Listrox user, you must not in any way upload, collect, or make available within Listrox, Listrox’s services, or Listrox’s components any malicious, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or objectionable content. Kindly refer to section 5.
- You must not use any “robot”, “spider” or any other automatic device, script, algorithm, methodology, program, and the like, or any similar manual process to copy, monitor or hack any part of Listrox’s services (or its data and content).
- You agree that you will not try to gain access to data or information through an unauthorized medium or mischievous means.
- You will not conduct yourself or your business, or act in a manner that discredits Listrox. Ie. that brings damage to Listrox’s reputation or goodwill.
- You will not in any way conduct yourself in a manner that discourages others from using Listrox
- You will not impersonate any person or entity or give false information on Listrox User platforms and other services, whether directly or indirectly. Or otherwise, perform any manipulation in order to disguise or hide your real identity or the origin of messages or content sent to Listrox and/or end users.
- You will not falsify your affiliations with any person, individual, organization, foundation, or entity. You will not imply that you work with Listrox or fake endorsements or recommendations for your business, products, services, or statement.
- You will not ascertain or aim to ascertain another user of Listrox services, invade the users’ privacy rights, or collect visitors’ personal information without their express permission and informing them about how you use their information.
- You will not probe, test, or scan the vulnerability of Listrox and its connected services.
- You will not in any way design, develop, distribute, share and/or otherwise transmit or run any virus, trojan, worm, time bombe, web bug, malware, spyware, harmful code, files, or program that is intended to destroy, damage or hijack the operation and proper functioning of any software, hardware, component on Listrox
- You will not use Listrox and its services or platforms to conduct, organize or implement any form of spam, fraud, unsolicited mail, scam, phishing, pyramid schemes, or similar practices. You will not engage in or conduct any unethical marketing, promotion, or advertising
- You will not alter or copyright watermarks, logos, notices, restrictions, and signs that indicate the proprietary rights of Listrox – these include copyright marks, creative commons, and trademarks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content of Listrox is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Therefore, our trademarks and trade dress may not be used with, for, or in connection with any product or service without Listrox’s prior written consent.
You are permitted to use only the services we grant you access to. Your rights to use Listrox is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable. You must not use our intellectual property in the representation of, or connection with a product or service that is not affiliated with Listrox.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Some of the services of Listrox are subscription-based. Your subscription will be renewed automatically depending on the plan or package you choose. This could be every 12 months (yearly) or every month (monthly). Your renewal will be continuous until you cancel via your account settings or a support request.
You will not be refunded on an already charged subscription upon cancellation. However, you will have access to all that the particular package or plan offers until the duration of the subscription is ended.
9. Cancellation
You can choose to discontinue your use of Listrox at any time. Once your Listrox user platform is deleted or cancelled, you will no longer have access to our services. We have no responsibility or obligation to grant you access to your content on Listrox once your account has been cancelled. Hence, ensure that you have carefully backed up your data before cancellation.
10. Links to Third-Party Websites
Some of our services may be assisted by the link or service of a third-party provider, Listrox may not possess control over these sites and how they are run.
Listrox has and /or assumes no control and responsibility for the content, privacy policies, guidelines, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
Hence, by continuing to use Listrox, you acknowledge that we shall not be directly or indirectly responsible for any actual or alleged damage or loss connected with the use of content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party site, platform, or services.
You should take a prudent step by reading the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and guidelines of any third-party services that you visit.
11. Refunds
Listrox takes no responsibility for refunds even if you have not used the services. Payments or Subscriptions give you access to Listrox’s services for a specific time duration based on the plan you choose. If you did not use Listrox during this time, you do not get a refund. When your Listrox account is canceled or deleted, previous charges shall not be refunded.
12. Disclaimer
Listrox’s services are provided on an “as is” basis. To this effect, we make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, and hereby disclaim, waive, and negate any and all other representations and warranties, including without limitation, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
In the event that you breach these Terms, Listrox will not waive any of its rights. We shall not be liable or responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by situations or circumstances beyond our control.
13. E-commerce
Listox services include some features that enable you to sell products and services through your User platform. You are solely responsible for your products and E-commerce related activities and any promotions on your User platforms and must ensure that they are in compliance with all the terms stated herein.
We only provide you with a platform to effectively manage your E-commerce activities. Listrox is not involved in your relationship and/or transaction with any actual or potential buyer of your products on our platform.
14. E-commerce Purchases
When you buy products on any Listrox User platform, the payments for such transactions will be processed through Listrox or through third-party payment service providers. You may be asked or prompted to provide certain information relevant to your purchase. These include details such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, shipping information, and the like.
To this, you attest that you have the legal rights to use the credit cards or other payment methods in connection to any purchase on Listrox; that the information you have provided is true, complete ans accurate.
By processing payments to businesses or accounts on Listrox, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any loss of money or damages that may occur in connection to the transaction. Listrox advises that you are prudent and observe due diligence before proceeding to make any financial commitments or payments to sellers on the platform.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You must submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
15. Modifications to these Terms of Use
These terms and conditions will always be available on all Listrox platforms. It is your sole responsibility to check for updates or changes made herein. However, if we make changes to these terms, we will take reasonable steps to let you know about them.
